New Patient Appointment
We are currently accepting new patients ages 9 and up.
We accept the following:

Tricare (for Life, Standard and Reserve)
If you have a policy not listed, please call the office and we can further verify.
Routine Appointment
Same day/Sick Appointment
We strive to offer you same day appointments. When you need us, we will be there whether you are not feeling well or just need a routine check up.
Please contact the office and we will do our best to fit an appointment into your schedule.
Lab Draw
We offer earlier appointments for lab draws. The staff opens the office at 7:30.
For all lab draws, we ask that you come fasting. That is nothing to eat or drink from Midnight prior. We do encourage you to drink water, and take your routine medications.
